Us & Them formed from the suburban ennui of the mid-nineties, fueled by a love for swirling guitar pop. Andy Hinds (vocals, guitar), Nick Donato (bass, vocals) and Joe Donato (drums) were enamored with the kaleidoscopic millieu of post-punk and its shoegazing step-children but played their songs with the muscularity of kids raised on metal. During their two-year existence, Us & Them put out two 7 inch singles, sold cassettes at shows and gigged in the PA/Jersey/Delaware nexus before finally exploding into a hundred thousand tiny, beautiful pieces.
