Treiops Treyfid

Treiops Treyfid was born and raised in the Chicago area. Treyfid attended The Corcoran School of Art in Washington DC in the late 80s. During his time in the nation's capital, he developed as an experimental musician under the name Triptic of a Pastel Fern. Later he collaborated with Justin Chearno and others on an art punk band Pitchblende, which toured extensively. He has spent many years releasing albums and touring nationally and internationally. The use of sound is important to the context of his work.
