Jake and the Stiffs

Jake and the Stiffs were born in a shitty rundown house on the Northwest side of Detroit during the end of Randy's senior year in High School where he lived with many great musicians from the Detroit area, among them, Matthew Ruffino (Detroit Cosmic Banditos, Sinclair, Nagazi) and many others, also a guitar understudy to Megadeth in 1988), Scott Goldstein ( Jake & the Stiffs, Beer Whores, Chinese Dragons, many others, Detroit 442), Jason “Jake” Loch ( Jake & the Stiffs, Beer Whores, Cold as Life and many others). So many local musicians stayed there at one point or another, the list is too long to recall. The original lineup consisted of Randy America, Jason (Jake) Loch, and Scott Goldstein.
